Sea Dolphin Consulting, LLC is a firm dedicated to supporting Native American communities across Indian Country.  We specialize in providing assistance with planning, developing, and implementing community-based economic strategies and Tribal homeownership programs. The firm’s founder, Charmagne has dedicated two decades to working alongside diverse Tribal housing agencies. Her main focus has been the Native American Housing and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA), establishing TDHE homeownership centers, Tribal Homeownership Counseling, and crafting affordable mortgage and lease-with-option-to-purchase policies that are tailored for each Tribe  she works with.

Charmagne's portfolio includes collaboration's with organizations ranging from the Navajo Housing Authority, the largest TDHE in Indian Country, to smaller communities like the Alaskan Yupik Village located three travel days away, and located on the Bering Sea. Regardless of the Tribe she finds herself partnering with, Charmagne's goal is to empower every Tribe in “Indian Country”. She achieves this by fostering a housing market environment that promotes self-determination and supports each Tribe's unique housing requirements.
